Location
Highgate Legacy Park Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Orlando just off HWY27. All our vacation rentals on the prestigious Highgate Park gated community have their own private pools. Disney World, Orlando and all the main attractions are on the doorstep 10 - 15 minutes drive away so your family or group can have the time of your lives here. Highgate Park is one of six subdivisions on the Davenport development of Legacy Park. It is a pretty setting amongst landscaped gardens and an abundance of pine trees and orange groves. This Orlando community has guest facilities which include a tennis court and children's play area. The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restuarants. Local favourites would be Sunday's Fish and Chip shop, Applebee's Bar and Grill there is also MIA Pizza and and Indian restaurant called Dhaba.
If it's a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally known as Linksters is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV's showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close.
As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold beverages what more could you ask for.

October 2025 stay
Another fantastic stay at our favourite place. House is beautiful and peaceful which is just what you need after a busy day at the parks. House is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay and is very close to supermarkets & places to eat.
Management team are amazing, friendly, helpful and are always on hand to answer any questions you have.
Can't wait to come back in 2026

Perfect stay
Again another fantastic stay. Villa perfect, clean & had everything you need during your stay, loved sitting by the pool at the end of a busy day. Sharon and her team are amazing and quick to get back to you if you have any questions or problems. Villa is near enough to all the parks & there is a lovely walk close by, supermarkets & plenty of places to eat very close.

Better than pictures
Florida rentals have been difficult to find. Often times pictures don’t match the reality. However the property at Highgate was even better than the pictures.
Extremely clean, very well maintained. The supplies in the house was more than sufficient.
Furniture was great, tons of kitchen and bathroom supplies.
There is nothing negative about the property.
This would be a must when staying in Florida.

Another awesome stay
Villa management team are brilliant, ample information prior to holiday and always quick to reply with any queries or problems that may arise.
Villa is easy to find and in a lovely quiet location, just what you need after a busy day.
Villa was lovely and clean on arrival and looking fresh, lots of towels and kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses etc.
pool is beautiful and relaxing, great to sit out in the evenings with a glass of what you fancy.
Lots of amenities nearby, Walmart, Publix, places to eat etc. and a lovely local walk.
Would recommend 100% and can’t wait to be back

Beautiful home in Davenport, Fl.
The home and location were excellent for us. The property manager was very personable and checked with us to be sure everything was to our liking. The home was very clean and well maintained as was the pool area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for our extended vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Sharon got back to me promptly if I had any questions. It was a pleasure to have her as our property manager,

Warm Winter
We have been coming to the Orlando area yearly for the last 20 years, and this villa is by far the best property we have stayed in during that time. The facilities are great and well maintained / clean, while the beds and seating are comfortable. As for the pool, we visited in late November and the pool heating was great very warm which made the holiday. Communication with Sharon was very easy, and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic Experience
We used the villa as part of our 19 day stay in Florida. After doing the first 7 days of Disney in a Disney hotel, we moved to this villa. Within arriving through the front door we were blown away by the place. The pictures really do not do it justice. The layout, the rooms, all the facilities and the outdoor pool area were all in perfect condition and clearly well looked after. Everyone loved their bedrooms and the neighbourhood was bilissfuly quiet and you felt really safe. We contacted Sharon to ask questions now and again and she couldn't have been more helpful, kind and caring. She even offered to nip past and say hello which we accepted and it was so nice to put her name to a face. She was just as wonderful in person. The location was perfect for us as it wasn’t too close to everything where you felt you had to always be doing something and made you make the most of your rest days. Ubers arrived within minutes and took us to our other destinations such as universal, sea world, discovery cove, the malls and various steakhouses. The max we paid was $30 for any trip. It’s only $6/7 to either of the local supermarkets Walmart/Publix/Aldi. We were so happy with the villa that we didn’t want to leave. Normally at the end of your holiday you’re ready for going home. With this being such a perfect villa it was like our own home. If we ever came back to Florida, we wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Thanks Sharon and well done for making it so special.

Fantastic holiday home
We had a wonderful stay in this villa. We were a group of four adults and two young children and found there were plenty of space for all of us as well as enough amenities - plates, glasses, towels, etc were plentiful. Our only (very minor) criticisms were that the fan in the second double bedroom wasn’t particularly powerful and a couple more baking trays would be useful. Generally we were very happy with the time we spent in the villa, the location was great - supermarket nearby, lots of restaurants and shops only a short drive and the parks very conveniently located - and the villa itself was beautiful and well kept. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Villa
Lovely well equipt villa in a quiet gated community and in a perfect location for the Parks and Shopping Malls. The large pool area with jacuzzi was the ideal place to chill after a day at the parks and shopping trips. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed but when we arrived at the villa all the lights were on making us feel at home.
Any queries or questions both before our holiday and whilst on holiday were answered promptly by Sharon.
We did get caught in Hurricane Ian but Sharon's customer service skills were exemplary making us feel safe and knowing we had an excellent point of contact.

Relaxing haven from the busy parks.
Beautiful modern villa, within easy driving distance of all the area has to offer.
Totally enjoyed returning to the villa after a day at the parks and malls for a cool down in the pool, which was totally private.
Any queries we had were quickly sorted/answered by Sharon.
Villa has all you need for your stay here and the added safety of the gated community was welcome. Would definitely rebook for our next trip to Orlando and have already recommended the villa to friends.
