Overview
Following a hectic day at the beach or many attractions Orlando has to offer relax in the villa with all the home comforts you would find in a modern home, have a swim in the secluded oversize pool which can be heated if required ,a bbq can be organized by the management company, there are numerous shops & supermarkets within a short distance and if eating out is what you prefer there are restaurants to suit all taste buds within easy reach of the villa.
If you have any spare time the garage has been converted into a games room with full size pool table, darts board & table tennis, in the living room there is a 50inch wall mounted plasma digital TV with numerous channels to suit every taste, a dvd player & also in the formal lounge there is an oversize sofa which if required can be converted into a queen size bed.

This Home has one of the most private pools in the Disney Area. it is not overlooked and has ample seating and loungers for all the family. It also boasts a very pleasant undercover seating area that is a definite must in the Florida Heat. Very Private !

The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. Our 2nd great stay in West Haven
We stayed in this perfect home at the Sanctuary in January 2020 - pre covid - and were so impressed we decided to come back in January 2025. We were not disappointed - the house was immaculate with a super comfy master bed and a remodelled house bathroom.
The property is really well managed by Sharon and her team.
The location is near Champions Gate and close to all Disney Attractions.

We stayed in this property twice this year and it was amazing both times. Very clean and welcoming on arrival and it is a great location too. Everything you need is close by - shops/restaurants etc and it is not too far to the Disney magic!!

Wonderful holiday
The Villa at Sanctuary, was absolutely spot on. Situated about 20/30 mins from the airport and also Disney World and Universal. The villa had all modern amenities and was close (5 min drive 40 mins walk) from a number of restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. Very quiet and peaceful just what you need after a day at the parks!!! Will definitely stay there again!! Many thanks Sharon.
