Overview
Following a hectic day at the beach or many attractions Orlando has to offer relax in the villa with all the home comforts you would find in a modern home, have a swim in the secluded oversize pool which can be heated if required ,a bbq can be organized by the management company, there are numerous shops & supermarkets within a short distance and if eating out is what you prefer there are restaurants to suit all taste buds within easy reach of the villa.
If you have any spare time the garage has been converted into a games room with full size pool table, darts board & table tennis, in the living room there is a 50inch wall mounted plasma digital TV with numerous channels to suit every taste, a dvd player & also in the formal lounge there is an oversize sofa which if required can be converted into a queen size bed.

The Sanctuary at West Haven offers luxury Orlando villas and vacation rentals direct from the owners. Located just off HWY54 in Davenport, Florida it's less than 15 minutes drive from Disney World.
West Haven is a large estate with six smaller communities within it, each with it's own gated entrance. With about 100 villas positioned around a central conservation area, this resort offers an ideal setting for spotting Florida wildlife. As you enter West Haven, the approach is exceptionally attractive as you drive down a beautifully manicured driveway towards the holiday homes. Many of the homes on The Sanctuary at West Haven are two story, with vaulted ceilings in the lounge area, giving the spacious feeling you would expect from a Florida villa. This prestigious resort is a perfect base for your holiday with everything that Central Florida has to offer being close by, including Champions Gates where there are restaurants, shops and a Publix supermarket. 20% deposit required at time of booking. Balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by Wire at $16.Barbecue available for fee, if used a charge of $50 will be deducted from security deposit if not cleaned or pool deck is marked. Welcome Packs Also Available. Florida 2026
This is our 8th tip to Florida and I have to say this villa tops them all on arrival entry was extremely easy the place was very clean and very welcoming with lights on inside so no issues looking for switches .All the facilities that you need was there and the gated location was great very quiet area . The heated pool was excellent used ever morning fantastic . Restaurants and shops close by . I would highly recommend this villa I know the next time I go to Florida it will be here . Sharon it has been a pleasure dealing with you the booking process was so easy and you presented a fantistic villa for our holiday thank you .

Disney and Universal Vacation Villa
I have rented many villas over the years and I have to say this one is excellent. The layout and decor are modern and well maintained. It has all the facilities you need and more. The pool is lovely and has the advantage of being secluded by the hedges around the garden. It also has a pool table and a darts board in the garage. The location is excellent and close to all the disney parks, there are also many good restaurants and shops in the area. I would highly recommend this villa and will look to rent it again on my next visit. Dealing with Sharon was also reassuring and easy and Sharon was on hand for any questions we had. Overall a brilliant villa!

Our 2nd great stay in West Haven
We stayed in this perfect home at the Sanctuary in January 2020 - pre covid - and were so impressed we decided to come back in January 2025. We were not disappointed - the house was immaculate with a super comfy master bed and a remodelled house bathroom.
The property is really well managed by Sharon and her team.
The location is near Champions Gate and close to all Disney Attractions.
