Beautiful West Haven Retreat at the Sanctuary

This is our 8th tip to Florida and I have to say this villa tops them all on arrival entry was extremely easy the place was very clean and very welcoming with lights on inside so no issues looking for switches .All the facilities that you need was there and the gated location was great very quiet area . The heated pool was excellent used ever morning fantastic . Restaurants and shops close by . I would highly recommend this villa I know the next time I go to Florida it will be here . Sharon it has been a pleasure dealing with you the booking process was so easy and you presented a fantistic villa for our holiday thank you .

I have rented many villas over the years and I have to say this one is excellent. The layout and decor are modern and well maintained. It has all the facilities you need and more. The pool is lovely and has the advantage of being secluded by the hedges around the garden. It also has a pool table and a darts board in the garage. The location is excellent and close to all the disney parks, there are also many good restaurants and shops in the area. I would highly recommend this villa and will look to rent it again on my next visit. Dealing with Sharon was also reassuring and easy and Sharon was on hand for any questions we had. Overall a brilliant villa!

We stayed in this perfect home at the Sanctuary in January 2020 - pre covid - and were so impressed we decided to come back in January 2025. We were not disappointed - the house was immaculate with a super comfy master bed and a remodelled house bathroom. The property is really well managed by Sharon and her team. The location is near Champions Gate and close to all Disney Attractions. Great stay. ??

We stayed in this property twice this year and it was amazing both times. Very clean and welcoming on arrival and it is a great location too. Everything you need is close by - shops/restaurants etc and it is not too far to the Disney magic!!

The Villa at Sanctuary, was absolutely spot on. Situated about 20/30 mins from the airport and also Disney World and Universal. The villa had all modern amenities and was close (5 min drive 40 mins walk) from a number of restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities. Very quiet and peaceful just what you need after a day at the parks!!! Will definitely stay there again!! Many thanks Sharon.

We arrived at the villa which was easy to find as we always stay in that area. Entry instructions to the villa was very clear. Upon entry we were not disappointed. Very well presented, tastefully decorated with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. The pool area was very clean and private. Very relaxing! Sharon was a pleasure to deal with and replied to our emails promptly. She made contact with us to check everything was ok with the villa which was reassuring. We will definitely be using Westridge management again and look forward to returning already.

Villa is immaculate. The management company is terrific. We had issues last year with another company we rented from who ignored emails and messages before and during our stay. No issues this year. Communication was impeccable this year. The day after we arrived Sharon poked her head in when passing the Villa to ensure everything was in order. We did also have a minor electrical problem on the Sunday morning and messaged Sharon. Her husband arrived within 15 minutes and sorted the problem right away, then spent about 20 minutes chatting and giving us suggestions on trips and places to visit. Would not hesitate to use Sharon again. Have dealt with management companies on 20 plus stays and this was best experience hands down. The Villa was very clean, the furniture and decor all top notch. Pool area is lovely and gets the sun all day. Kitchen has plenty utensils. The gated community gives peace of mind re security and is in a great location for shops, restaurants, etc.

This wonderful home provided everything we needed for our holiday. It's modern, clean interior was cool with the air conditioning which we needed due to the soaring temperatures outside. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is very quiet and secure and ideally placed for access to all the main roads to the hub of activities available. The pool area was hedged which provided maximum privacy. The pool itself was a highlight for us. We can't ever imagine staying at a hotel to be honest when you can have all this to yourself for a couple of weeks. Sharon popped in to make sure we were ok too which was lovely. We knew that if we needed anything, it was just a phone call away. We look forward to getting back as soon as possible.

Well maintained, updated 3-bedroom house. Located in a safe, quiet gated community in close proximity to Championsgate, US27 and I-4. Any home issues are promptly addressed by the management team. Pool is surrounded by hedges providing privacy.

Very comfortable villa with modern up to date appliances. Spotlessly clean and well presented on arrival. Management company were very attentive and attended to minor issues on the day of reporting with a courtesy call from Sharon adding a more personal touch. The villa is in an excellent area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only small omission is the lack of ceiling fans in the two guest bedrooms. We would not hesitate to come back and look forward to a visit in the near future.
