Very comfortable villa with modern up to date appliances. Spotlessly clean and well presented on arrival. Management company were very attentive and attended to minor issues on the day of reporting with a courtesy call from Sharon adding a more personal touch. The villa is in an excellent area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only small omission is the lack of ceiling fans in the two guest bedrooms. We would not hesitate to come back and look forward to a visit in the near future.

Took my 3 grand children (10 & 8 year old grandsons whose parents remained in England and my 8 month old granddaughter , the villa was light, airy, spacious and inviting. Hedge secludes the pool making it private which was fantastic so daughter could breastfeed baby whilst relaxing by pool. Great location, convenient to Publix and Walmart as well as all theme parks. Hired BBQ and it was delivered the same day, Sharon husband was very knowledgeable and informative of different places to go and visit. The pool has a small hole in the bottom that I reported, the pool light bulb didn’t work which was replaced very swiftly. Recommend the villa and if any issues arise the service to sort was top class. Would definitely come back and use villa again.

We had a fantastic stay in June. Villa was very clean and ideally located in a secure gated community near Champions Gate and the I4. Sharon was a brilliant host too. We had a couple of minor issues throughout our stay but she always quickly responded and everything was sorted straight away. Would love to go back again.

This villa is spacious, well decorated and with comfortable modern furnishings, high ceilings create a light airy space. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the front door. The kitchen has modern equipment and plenty of utensils for cooking at home – which we like to do. The pool area deck has plenty of seating and gets sun all day, and very private. We were pleased that the pool was large enough to swim rather than just have a splash-about. The only minor disappointment here was the electric pool heater – these which work on air heat exchange which meant that for our first week when the temps were low overnight then the pool took a while to warm up. But there is a pool blanket which definitely helped. We like going to nature reserves, and the villa is well positioned to give easy travelling to all that we visited. Sharon and Mark running the management company were excellent both in providing info before our stay and during – we had a couple of issues which they attended to and sorted the next day. All in all we will would definitely stay here again if we can match dates.

The location of the property was central for us and was soo easy to find and being a gated community really does make you feel secure. Property itself is large and it was spotless the day we arrived. Only used the garage, living room, kitchen, and 1 bedroom and bathroom. Best parts the pool which had a section that is undercover and the bed.....it was huge and I slept like a baby. Hopefully be back very soon and would most definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in this villa. The arrival process was detailed perfectly and access was easy. This property was truly amazing, with all the facilities we could have wished for in making our vacation so memorable. The peaceful yet convenient location was a welcome break from the busy parks, and a welcome retreat at the end of the day. Pool area was fantastic and used often. We had a lovely, albeit short, 6 day stay in this lovely property in late July 2019. The villa was lovely, and very clean and tidy with modern and 'very' comfortable furniture. Our children loved the pool and tennis tables in the garage/games room, whilst we specifically loved the very private (courtesy of high hedgerow) and quiet south facing swimming pool and sun lounge area. The property is also close to local restaurants, shops and supermarkets, which are located nearby at Champions Gate and is so convenient. We'd happily recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

We rented this beautiful 3 bed villa recently and we were not disappointed. The home is immaculate, very spacious and well furnished with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is very private & south facing for relaxing by the pool. We were given all details from the management company in plenty of time before our arrival and the villa is really easy to find from the information provided. We enjoyed our stay so much we are renting it again this year. Counting the days until we return

Had a fantastic 3 weeks in November. Property was so clean and tidy. The pool had the sun all day and was so private. Absolutely perfect. We have booked another 3 weeks for October this year.

Me and my two childen stayed here for 17 nights, we found the property without any difficulty using the address details provided. It was very clean and tidy, the pool temperature was perfect in august/september. I've stayed in a few other villas at different times of the year which were probably not south facing and the pool was too cold for me. The villa is located very close to the Disney parks.

This was our 2nd visit to Florida. Our first visit was intended to be a one-off but we couldn’t stay away. This time we tried to be a bit more careful with our money and save where we could. This villa looked good online and was reasonably priced so we booked for July 18. When booking the photos were impressive but they really don’t do the place justice. I’d say it was almost the size of our 4 bed ‘lavish’ villa from our first visit and just as nice inside. All rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool is really secluded because of bushes around the perimeter - you can’t see the other properties and they can’t see you. Communication with the owners was very good throughout. Location was good as you can take the I27 to the Disney parks, meaning you don’t need to use the busy I4. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Loved this villa so much that we organized and planned our holiday around its availability. Well equipped with everything you will need during your stay and beautifully decorated. The hedge around the outside perimeter of the back (south facing) pool area makes it lovely and private. Gated community for extra security. It's the attention to detail that makes this property stand out from the rest. Will happily return again

We had a 2 week stay in this villa. Firstly we were impressed with the location which was close to the I-4 which was our road to everywhere (mainly the parks). Our first impression of the villa was "Wow"! As soon as we stepped in we were taken aback as to how much space there was. The villa itself was very clean and had everything that was needed. The pool was a big hit with our children (11 & 9). We really can't find anything negative to say. The only little thing I would say was the games room (garage) got quite hot as the air conditioning unit was situated in there but it made a good drying room. We were definitely not put off by this. We chose this villa as it received excellent reviews and we were definitely not disappointed. In fact it was beyond our expectations. It was the perfect villa for the perfect holiday and we would definitely stay there again!

This villa made our holiday will defiantly be back!!

I stayed here recently with my sister. The Villa is large, spacious, bright, beautifully decorated and all about comfort!!! Easy driving access to Orlando's main attractions - Disney, Universal, Sea World, the unique Celebration Town. Shopping and more shopping - then back to villa to relax in pool and comfortable spa like loungers (missing them already!) .... I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to my family and friends.

Amazing very clean!!

We had a truly wonderful family holiday here, two adults & two children (10 & 8). The villa was perfect, very clean and so comfortable, a real home from home. It is situated in a lovely quiet gated community not too far from the theme parks. It took us approximately 25 minutes to get to Universal Studios (Disney is even closer). The owner was absolutely great to deal with, everything about booking was easy and we had plenty of information about directions etc.. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. There are food stores, restaurants and takeaways 5 min drive away. The pool area was just great and the pool was the perfect temperature (mid Sept) we did not require heating...only problem was the kids didn't want to get out :) The villa was well stocked with plenty of towels, extra bedding and kitchen equipment. The Wi-Fi access was a life saver but the icing on the cake was the pool table/table tennis and dart board in the garage, we spent most of our evenings here. I would recommend this villa for any family that is looking for a relaxing holiday or a great base for days at the parks.

Wonderful villa, had everything we needed and very clean & tidy. Very spacious, huge sofa in the lounge for the whole family to chill out on. Children loved the pool, especially after long days in the parks. Lots of fun had in the games room. Great location, close to all the parks, supermarkets & restaurants. We've stayed in orlando 3 times and this is by far the best villa we've stayed in. Gated community for extra safety. On an area called 'Sanctuary' = it really was .

I was referred to this villa by a friend at work for my stay in Orlando for September. I have stayed in many villas in the area and also stayed in hotels both on international drive and disney and I can honestly say this was the best accommodation by far. There are two large living areas which were great for all the family not including the lovely pool area. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ in the pool area. The villa is located very close to the gorgeous Omni Rosen hotel which is ideal for a meal out. Publix supermarket is just around the corner along with many restaurants and shops. I hope to return to the villa next year!
