This was our second time staying at this home over March break, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean and very well cared for, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. It was also incredibly well stocked — everything we needed was there, and then some. You can tell the host has really thought about what guests might need to feel at home. One of our favourite parts was the outdoor space. The pool area was beautiful, and the extended deck made it feel spacious and private. The hot tub was a perfect bonus, especially in the evenings — such a great way to unwind. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We will absolutely be returning again and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set-up place to stay.

Arrived following directions and entered the villa as per instructions supplied excellent and easy not to have keys. Villa was excellent and agreed with how it was advertised in the advert. Requested for the Hotbtub to be checked as we had issues over the past few years in other villas during our break with them.not working . I have to say we need not have worried as it was checked prior to arrival, it had the water completely changed so all was perfect. The villa is well maintained and in excellent condition, if we have to have a moan the only issue was a lack of cooking pans but we bought one, not an issue! We would definitely use the villa again in the future if we visit the area again. Well done Sharon ??

We were moved to this villa after hurricane Milton and what a pleasant surprise. It is modern, very clean, very spacious and a great location. Lovely gated community where neighbours made an effort to talk to you. South facing pool which was great to get the sun all day. Sharon was great before and during our trip and really looked after us. The hurricane was scary but we were so well looked after by Westridge property management. I would recommend booking this villa.

The house was amazing and very clean and close to everything. Loved the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. We have rented from Sharon several years now and will continue renting with her. Sharon and her husband are amazing!!! Great communication!!

This was our fourth time in Town Centre at Reserve for our annual Disney trip but our first time at this particular villa. I have to say we were very impressed with everything from top to bottom. While we come to this location often (it's quiet, has plenty nearby stores/restaurants and is only 15-20 minutes from Magic Kingdom), we have never been as happy as staying in this village. The owners have done tons of upgrades, everything feels really new, and they've created a relaxing pool area. We were lucky with some awesome weather for January which allowed us to take full advantage of it. The best part is how spacious this place feels, comes with a game area for the kids, and a kitchen that was able to keep us cooking as many meals as we wanted. We will be returning to this villa 100% !

Lovely villa in a great location. Stayed in this villa over new year with the family and had a great time. The accommodation is very comfortable throughout and has nice modern décor. The owner and villa managers couldn't have been more helpful. The games room was great as was the spa, pool and large patio, we used the pool everyday! There's a good choice of places to eat less than a mile away and Publix store 2 mins away. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Florida.

Great Property. We stayed there twice in 2016 and will visit again in 2017. The house is very well equipped and spotlessly clean when you arrive. The Hot tub is great to relax in at night after busy days at the parks which are about twenty minutes drive away. Villa is in a gated community which gives a sense of security. Publix supermarket is 5 minutes up the road. Highly recommend.
