The living area is open-plan with a large and bright lounge area, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The lounge is furnished with a modern over-sized sectional sofa and armchair

The kitchen contains an electric range, microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Other utilities available at the property include washing machine and dryer.

There are king and queen bedrooms, both en-suite, which both open out directly onto the south facing pool via patio doors. The two remaining twin bedrooms are at the front of the house and share a bathroom also at the front. The two en-suites are very large and contain modern ‘walk-in’ showers. The third bathroom has a tub as well as a shower.

South Facing With Extended Pool Deck and Hot Tub.

Entered directly from the living area, the pool deck enjoys fantastic open aspects at the rear looking down towards the lake. The pool is heated (optional) and the deck area is equipped with table, umbrella, chairs and 4 loungers all brand new as of Winter 2016. The pool deck was recently extended outwards to create much more space and to allow room for the installation of our awesome 6 person above-ground spa/hot tub. With patio doors allowing direct access to the pool deck from the living area it also makes it a great alternative dining space.

Base for our golf break!

Arrived following directions and entered the villa as per instructions supplied excellent and easy not to have keys. Villa was excellent and agreed with how it was advertised in the advert. Requested for the Hotbtub to be checked as we had issues over the past few years in other villas during our break with them.not working . I have to say we need not have worried as it was checked prior to arrival, it had the water completely changed so all was perfect. The villa is well maintained and in excellent condition, if we have to have a moan the only issue was a lack of cooking pans but we bought one, not an issue! We would definitely use the villa again in the future if we visit the area again. Well done Sharon ??

Fantastic Villa

We were moved to this villa after hurricane Milton and what a pleasant surprise. It is modern, very clean, very spacious and a great location. Lovely gated community where neighbours made an effort to talk to you. South facing pool which was great to get the sun all day. Sharon was great before and during our trip and really looked after us. The hurricane was scary but we were so well looked after by Westridge property management. I would recommend booking this villa.

Great home

The house was amazing and very clean and close to everything. Loved the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. We have rented from Sharon several years now and will continue renting with her. Sharon and her husband are amazing!!! Great communication!!
