Fabulous newly decorated 4 bed pool home with south facing deck

This comfortable and luxurious home from home has an open-plan design so that you can make the most of your time together as a family.

Featuring luxurious white leather sofas and a wall mounted TV, there is direct access to the patio and pool from the living room.

Our TV features a cable package along with streaming options to enable you to watch your favourite streaming channels.

 At the heart of the villa is the recently updated kitchen featuring Quartz worktops and equipped with all new appliances and utensils you are likely to need should you decide on making a meal for everybody.

The nearby formal dining table overlooks the pool deck and is a great spot for tea and toast in the morning as you make plans for the rest of the day, or an evening meal talking about the day’s events.

The Main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a Queen-size bed, patio doors leading out onto the south-facing pool deck and an en-suite bathroom which also has a door to the pool area.

Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a window overlooking the garden, a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both contain Twin beds and are next to each other, along the corridor between the Main bedroom and Bedroom 2. For the convenience of guests, all bedrooms have flatscreen TVs.

Both Master Bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathrooms featuring either a shower or shower and tub combination.

The Queen Master at the rear of the home, has direct access to the South Facing Pool.

The third bathroom is shared between the twin bedrooms and features a vanity and shower.

All bathrooms feature all towels and linens, also hairdryers.

If you have a competitive spirit, there is a games room where you can play as many rounds of pool, table football and air hockey as you like!

Some seating has also been supplied so spectators can take the weight off their feet as they cheer from the side-lines!

Within the Games Room you will also find out utility area containing large load washer and dryers along with an ironing board and iron.

Our large, South Facing Pool can be found at the rear of our home, we have five comfortable loungers for you to enjoy and under our covered lanai, there is a table for four.

A safety fence will be erected and in place for the safety of all our guests.

In the Winter Months, we offer pool heat through our new powerful gas heater, this can be purchased for $35 dollars per night.
