Brand new to the rental market, this newly refurbished 3 bed / 3.5 bed home can be found on the gated resort of Tuscan Hills with direct access to Highway 27 it is ideally located for all of the attractions!
Newly refurbished in Winter 2023 to a very high standard, boutique 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath home features a new kitchen and appliances, games room and beautifully appointed private East facing pool with adjoining spa, again this resurfaced during 2021.
To keep you cool in the summer months, our stunning lanai comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a light and some welcoming shade.
Nestled in the community of Tuscan Hills, the downstairs of the home features open plan living with a beautiful kitchen complete with a white onyx finish, complete with a new floor that runs throughout the home.

Living
Our open plan modern living area features a feature wall and huge roke streaming tv, marble effect flooring and seating for all of you.
From here you can directly access the pool and also our games room.
Kitchen
We have given the kitchen a massive upgrade, in here you will find all new stainless appliances with granite worktops and such appliances as a Keurig Machine and Air Fryer to really make this a hiome from home!
We have enough cookware and utensils for you and your guests.
Our breakfast bar and stools complete the kitchen!
Dining
Within the open plan area you will find our Dining Table, with enough space to seat 6 in comfort.
All linens, cook and bakeware, cutlery and crockery are provided.
Bedrooms
King Ensuite - Situated on the lower level with direct access to the pool and with ensuite bath and shower. The room features gorgeous wall art, fresh linens and large TV
Queen ensuite - Situated on the upper floor with ensuite, frsh linens and large TV
Twin 1 - Themed twin room with 2 single beds in a Mickey Theme
Twin 2 - Princess themed room with a bunk and single bed.
All bed linens are provided along with closet and drawer space in each room.
Bathrooms
The King Ensuite on the lower floor features sinks, toilet, seperate corner bath and wak in shower.
The room comes with a hairdryer and all linens.
The Second Master Ensuite on the upper floor has an enclosed shower, toilet and sink, again a hairdryer is provided for you along with all linens.
The shared bathroom for the twin rooms features a shower / bath combo, toilet and sinks, an hairdryer and all linens are included.
On the lower floor you will find a half bathroom featuring a toilet, sink and vanity.
Games Room
Escape from it all within our games room! With a foosball table and pool table too!
Pool
We have a large East facing pool!
Adjoining the pool, you will find our spa, an amazing space to kick back after a day at the parks! We also feature LED mood lighting on our deck for you to enjoy!
We offer pool heat in the winter months through our brand new gas pool heater!
This will operate between 8 am and 8 pm daily for the pool, with the spa being on demand until midnight.
When heated, the pool will run up to 86 degrees and the spa 104 once fully heated.
Pool heat is recommended in the Winter Months and costs $45 per night.
Outside
We are close to the Tuscan Hills Clubhouse which features a small gym, tennis and volleyball courts and a new childrens play area.
Garage
We have converted the garage in to a games room.
There is room for two small family cars on the driveway, no trucks or vans as they will be too large!
Overnight street parking is not allowed on Tuscan Hills.
Internet
Hi Speed WIFI is available throughout the home and is free to you!

All relevant equuipment can be provided upon request, please enquire at the time of booking so arrangements can be made.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.
Tuscan Hills Orlando Villas in Davenport, Florida

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Adrian’s place was perfect!! Clean and beautiful spacious!! We beyond enjoyed our time!!! He was so helpful and very friendly if I had an issue or a question he responded ASAP!!! I highly recommend their Air bnb for any big family!!! Can’t wait to go back again next year!!!!

Home from home
Great house supported by great hosts. Nothing was left undone. We had both the codes for the gates into the gated community and the house in plenty of time.
The house its self is lovely, spotlessly clean,lots of storage for personal items, good size bedrooms. Lovely pool with seating area for outside eating, even a games area in the garage. Great location near to shops and roads but very quiet community.
we were also able to see the space rockets taking of just by walking to the end of the road and looking left, amazing!!
We were so sad to leave and will only be staying here in future.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much for them. Thanks for allowing us to stay and for feeling so much at home in this lovely house.
Highly recommend this house for a home to home stay.

Very excellent.
It was worth it. We felt like at home. The place is as described by a very quiet area in a good walkable area. A suggestion make sure they send them the gate password because it is a private residential and needs a password for the gate to get to the house plus the pin of the entrance door, otherwise there is no need to worry

Excellent stay!!
Newly remodeled. Pool/spa was heated as I requested and it was great!! Walls on sides of pool give plenty of privacy.
HUGE smart tv sets. All new appliances in kitchen. Minutes from I-4 and Disney. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby.
Really couldn’t ask for more. Super nice people to deal with.
