The Sunshine Bungalow

Best decision that I made was to book with Adrian. One of the best airbnb experience. I will be back next year because the place is absolutely beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures. Getting pool and spa heating was worth it for us because it was a bit windy.

The sunshine bungalow is a beautiful home that met all of our needs. The house was clean and the pool/outdoor area was perfect. Great location in a gated community. The house is close to shopping and Disney. Excellent communication with the host and they were very quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this house for your next Florida vacation!

Our stay in this beautiful villa was warm , cozy and homie and has everything. Beautiful private pool. We enjoyed the stay everything was very clean, well mainated ,organized, comfortable and was ready for us, we didn’t want to leave but definatly will come back. Very close to anything you could need or imagin and most important is very safe.

We had an amazing stay at the Sunshine Bungalow. All communication was great before our stay and Adrian was really prompt in answering the many questions I sent to him. Everything was arranged perfectly for our arrival at the villa. The villa was perfect for our family, very clean, all the comforts needed for our stay and on a really quiet gated community. We loved the pool, perfect way to start and end the day. Honestly cannot think of any negatives regarding the property or management team and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Tuscan Hills a very quiet well kept gated sub division close to all attractions with the shops at Berry Town just a few minutes drive away. The villa was presented perfectly with everything required in place to the highest standard. The booking process was very easy with Adrian always responding quickly to any email query, whilst there Adrian was quick to help us when a smoke alarm needed the battery replaced. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice home for their Florida vacation.

We have just returned from 2 weeks in the superb “Sunshine Bungalow”. Over the past 10 years we have stayed in many beauttiful villas – however this was simply above and beyond all of them. The amazing hosts have gone that extra mile with everything. So many homely touches make it feel so cosy like home – and not a bare rental. Such thoughtful décor. There is every single utensil or item you could need in any home to cook and entertain. A cockatail station with a selection of “proper glasses” as well as a citrus juicer, were a winner for me – priorities! I’ve never slept on a softer sheet or pillow case – not even at home. The quality of everything in this home made it feel like luxury. An abundance of towels and sheets were provided. Simple touches like lableling remote cotrols, switches etc make it so easy to settle in. USB chargers and work station were the highlight for my husband! The pool area had numersous seats, beds, a TV and a bar table with plug to make poolside frozen drinks! I especially loved the hedging around the pool area for privacy. The hosts, Aide and Caroline could not do enough for us – pre booking, pre arrival and even after we arrived. They offer an insight into anything you might need in the area, as well as places to visit and provided helpful supplies for our trip to the beach. I could talk about this place all day – genuinely cannot recommend enough! Cannot wait to rebook and will not look anywhere else going forward! Please check out their gorgeous selection of villas.
