Welcome to our beautifully furnished single-story home on the gated community of Tuscan Hills
Our home is modern and open plan, featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living and dinning rooms, additional living space featuring a pool and spa, outdoor table and chairs with optional BBQ.
The screen enclosed pool and spa are surrounded by bushes for privacy, ideal for relaxing after a day at the attractions.
We are pet friendly and are happy to welcome your furry friends in to our home!

Facilities
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

A clean fee of $150 applies to all bookings.
Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
The BBQ can be rented for $15 per day (minimum 7 nights)
A refundable security deposit of $500 at the time of booking.
Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.
Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Living
Our large open plan living area overlooks the pool and spa with access available via the large double patio doors, the room has two comfortable sofa beds, rug, occasional tables and lamps.
It is the perfect place to relax whilst enjoying the entertainment center that features a 65 inch 4K Smart TV.
Kitchen
Our beautiful, well equipped modern kitchen comprises of 10 ft. bar quartz countertop, 50/50 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.
There is a Breakfast bar with 4 stools plus Table with 4 chairs
We boast modern Stainless Steel Appliances: Stove, Microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.
Tableware for 14, Cooking utensils. Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster are all available for your use.

Our stunning dining area is situated within the open plan living area with tableware for eight.

Master Bedroom 1:
A large room that has been furnished well with access to the spa area.
The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and Smart TV., closets and drawer space.
Suite 2:
Another great room with the bathroom with access to the pool area.
It has a King size bed with deeply top quality mattress and linen, Smart TV, closet and drawer space
Suite 3:
Another good size room situated to the front of the property allowing.
It has a Queen size bed, Smart TV, closet and drawer space.

Each room with 2 twin beds, Smart TVs and closet.

En suite bathroom from the master has a walk-in shower, corner bathtub for 2, double vessel sinks, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet.

The bathroom features a bathtub, vessel sink, WC and hairdryer with direct access on to the pool deck.

Ensuite bathroom with walk-in double shower, double vanity unit, WC and hairdryer.
Bathroom 4
Located between the two twin rooms and feature a bath with integrated shower, a vessel sink and toilet

We have converted the Garage in to a games room, equipped with pool, table football and air hockey tables.

Our secure and screened pool area is equipped with a pool and adjoining spa (heating optional), there is a large table with four chairs and two adhustable lounge chairs.
Outside

The covered lanai is equipped with a large ceiling fan to keep you cool on those hot Florida evenings!
An optional grill can be rented at an additional cost.

Free high speed wifi is provided throughout the home.

An High Chair and Pack and Play is available.
Pets
Cats and Dogs can be considered up to 20lbs in weight.
Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
All quotes are priced per week and are inclusive of fees, tax and cleaning.
Pool Heat is available for $35 per night.
BBQ can be rented at $15 per night
At the time of booking, a deposit of $250 is required with the full balance required to be paid three calendar months prior to your arrival.
A Damage deposit of $500 must also be given at the time of your final payment, assuming there is no significant damage to our home, this will be returned to you via bank transfer within 10 days.
Payment is preferred via bank transfer and all payments are US$ only.
Other payment types such as QuickBooks payments can be considered.

5 star Easter stay!
We had a great vacation at this house. The pool and hot tub was a big hit with out two grandchildren. The house had lots of room, with 4 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Conveniently located near shopping and attractions. Adrian was a great host and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely and convenient house
Lovely and Spacious House. A little bit of confussion when we first got there but that was sorted within minutes by Adrian and Caroline, who live nearby. Loads of room in the house and loads of towels. It was lovely to have beach/pool towels to use as well. You weren't living on top of each other. The house is so convenient to anywhere you want to go. Adrian & Caroline are so helpful with anything you want. Will definitely be booking this house again.

Perfect for Disney/Orlando - Family of 4 from UK
Perfect stay for two weeks.
Ideal location, villa super clean, super spacious, lovely pool and sunbeds to relax after a day at Disney. Loads of linen, towels etc...
Everything about this villa was great. It is about 20 mins from Disney - but super simple journey to all of the parks. The villa is so spacious that everyone could unwind in their own space after a long day at the parks. It had everything we needed - kitchen ideally stocked, 3 bathrooms - cannot fault this at all.
Contact lives just down the road, met them, lovely people and always on had to help if needed - give us some great tips on where to shop, eat etc...Loads of food places within a mile. This will now be our go to apartment when we head over to Florida again.

Our new favorite home away from home
My family and I loved our stay at Tuscan Hills. The house is beautiful and had plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen had the tools to cook pretty much anything you would like.
The pool and hot tub are awesome. The location is even great. Close to Disney, plenty of other attractions, Walmart and grocery stores.
We had two very slight inconveniences that were attended to by Adrian very quickly. The first was that we were having an issue with the code to enter the gate and Adrian was able to add access in the app for a second vehicle. Other vehicles seemed to be having the same issue, so definitely nothing caused by the property owner.
The second was that the jets in the hot tub stopped working. Adrian stopped by a short time after I informed him to take a look. He needed to have a technician come by and the tech arrived the next morning and fixed the issue quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in. Adian is a wonderful host, the location is perfect (and easy to find) and it has everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again if the property is available. You can't go wrong staying at Tuscan Hills.

Great Single Home with pool! Spacious
Nice big home!
We had a lovely stay since we were going to the big theme parks and water parks. It’s near Disney and shopping centers. Pool was great and the home is stocked with towels. Love the open floor plan! Some of the bed frames & bedding will probably need to be replaced soon. Seems like it’s aging due to normal wear. -The home itself is spacious and had everything that we need. Pet/family friendly -Great communication with Adrian! Highly recommend this home

Clean and spacious

An Amazing House!!!
To start , I was supposed to stay from May 12-18 and I ended up staying until May 30th ??! The house is extremely stunning. Extremely clean, and super comfortable.. The communication with Adrian was the best! The pool, spa , and games were a 100/10… If i could give this house 20 stars I would!!! Definitely will be coming back soon!! I wish I could exchange my house for this one ?? . Thanks for having us!!

Good experience with our family
The home is a good size for a group of adults with the three bedrooms with attached bathrooms in addition to the 2 other bedrooms. The neighborhood is a safe and gated, near a couple of the different roads to take you to 192. We had great communication with the hosts when we had a couple of issues, and they were fantastic about making things right. We would definitely rent from them again.
