As you enter the home you are greeted with a large living room/dining room area. As you walk towards the back of the home you will find an additional living room and dining room along with an open kitchen area. The best part is the tri-sliding door to the pool area where you can enjoy privacy with no rear neighbors. Upstairs you will find all 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom (2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom).
This home is also located just under 18 miles to Disney,25 miles to Universal and just minutes to Providence. The nearest Publix and restaurants can be found at Loughman Crossing which is around a 3 mile drive from the home.

Facilities
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

A clean fee of $300 applies to all bookings unless included in one of our offers.
Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
The BBQ can be rented for $10 per day (minimum 7 nights)
A refundable security deposit of $500 at the time of booking.
Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.
Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Living
Spacious, naturally lit living areas with several windows and a wooden floored, open plan living area.
With an entertainment centre and ample seating areas located immediately as you enter the home and again at the rear of the home towards the pool.
Kitchen
Our well-equipped kitchen comprises a large countertops, a 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.
Breakfast bar with six stools
Appliances: stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.
All tableware and cooking utensils
Coffee maker, kettle, blender & toaster
All linens and towels are supplied.
Washing and Drying facilities are available and can be found on the upper floor.

This beautiful and spacious dining area is just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.

Five upstairs bathrooms all have modern fittings and come with either a Shower, Bath or Combo with vanity sinks and toilets.
Hairdryers are supplied in all upstairs bathrooms as are all linens and towels.
There is a half bathroom downstairs featuring a toilet and vanity sink.
Pool
We boast a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (gas heating optional - additional fees apply).
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with chairs and an optional BBQ.
This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.
Our Guests have access to Watersongs Resort Club
Outside
Our home is situated on a quiet street within the Watersong resort.
The community facilities are situated around 5 minutes walk from the home.
To the rear of the home is woodland and conservation.
Garage
We have space for a vehicle in our garage, there is space for two vehicles on the adjoining driveway.
Internet
Our home is fitted with high speed internet access, free to all of our guests.

Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. We have privately owned Watersong villas ranging in size from 3 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms. Watersong Resort is a great place to rent your families self catering villa. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.

Rental rates additional information
To secure your booking, an inital deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Payment is preferred via debit / credit card (Quickbooks fees apply) or via Bank Transfer.
Pool and Spa Heating is $40 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $15 per night
Cleaning is an additional $300 per stay
An additional 12% is added and collected to all bookings to cover Polk County Tourist Development Tax & Sales and Use Tax.

Loved it!!
We’ve never rented a VRBO before this and I would recommend it to others. It was a lot cheaper than hotel stays and the house was spacious and comfortable. We loved it - beautiful house and kids loved the pool! Only issue was the distance to travel to amenities and parks, but not a huge issue. But absolutely loved it!

Wonderful home, amazing host
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. There was so much space! The amenities were exactly as described. The pool was awesome! The hot tub was hot! The host was super communicative, and we loved every minute of it.
The home is a bit further from things (Disney, universal, shopping) than we thought it would be, especially with traffic. So we might not book this exact home again. But we would 100% book one of the other homes this host offers, without hesitation!

Amazing villa
If I could have given more, I would have.
We could not have ask for a better and more helpful owner as Adrian , he was able to answer all of our questions both before and after booking. All the correspondence was straight forward to complete.
We were a family party of 9, 6 adults and 3 children, and we booked a 6 bedroom villa in the gated community of Watersong . The villa itself was perfect for a large party, and the location was excellent for the parks. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The two living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out, and the pool area also had space for us all
Thank you we had an amazing time and absolutely loved the villa, we will definitely be booking again when we come back!

Amazing Stay!
This home by far is the house to met our check off list. The space was amazing , omg having a bathroom by the pool— amazing and to top it off having bathroom in each room double amazing! The beds were comfortable, I loved the double living room even though we did not use it because of the kids ( that was the restricted area for them) due to the light color furniture ( our preference). I loved the decor and entire home! Will definitely rent again in the future.

Great Stay!
We enjoyed our stay the home was very spacious. Kitchen does require upgrades to appliances also pots, pans, silverware dishes etc. Outdoor chairs and tables could use upgrades also. Everything else was good host is great and responsive.

Great stay Amazing memories
Great stay Amazing memories and a truly amazing time!
We have two special needs boys so we spent the main time in the pool and just spending time as a family! An awesome distant from Disney as we also did this for two days of the 8 that we were there!
Thank you for being so accommodating and caring about how our stay was going! Truly a relaxing time!
