At over 3500 square feet, our beautiful two-story single home was renovated in August 2021
The home boasts a modern open concept, featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, living, family, and dining rooms, additional outdoor balcony space and a large pool and spa, loungers, outdoor table and chairs with an optional BBQ grill.
The home has stainless appliances, large granite counters and a tile backsplash in the open-plan kitchen overlooking the family room. It is decorated in an elegant and modern style.

Facilities
This property is self-service--meaning our guests will need to supply their own toiletries such as cleaning products, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

* The use of the BBQ grill is from $10 per night of stay - minimum charge of $50 and maximum of $100
Pet fee is $15 per pet per night of stay.

Living
An extanded open plan living the area overlooking the pool and spa, the room has a comfortable sofa and chair, rug, occasional tables, and lamps.
It is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the entertainment center which features a 4K 65" Smart TV.
Towards the entrance to our home you will find a seperate living area, its a great place to entertain all ages with a ping-pong table, a foosball table for kids and a comfortable sofa.
On the second floor you will find a seperate snug, containing a seating area with a Large Smart TV, the perfect spot for chilling after a day at the parks or within the facilities within Solterra!
Kitchen
Our well-equipped kitchen comprises a large granite countertop, granite island, 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.

Stainless steel Appliances: stove, microwave, French door refrigerator with automatic water and ice dispenser.

This beautiful and spacious dining room is just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.
Bedrooms
First-floor Bedroom:
With vinyl flooring, a large room with a King size bed and large closet with a smart TV. It is just next to a full bathroom with access to the pool area.
Second floor Master Suite:
An oversized room that has been furnished well with a home office table, HP 23" monitor, and office chair.
The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and a 40" Smart TV.
En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, corner bathtub for 2, 2 individual sinks, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in closet for her and him.
Bedroom 3
Features a queens size bed wth quality mattress and linen, a smart TV and large closets and drawer space.
Bedroom 4 (2 twins, Smart TV, and closet) are located next to each other and separated from the rest of the second floor with an exclusive corridor giving nice privacy ending with a full bathroom, Double Sink, WC, hairdryer.

Each room with 2 twin beds, Smart TVs, and closet.

Sutuated for the upper queen and third twin bedroom with integrated shower / bath, toilet and WC

Services bedrooms 5 and 6. Double Sink, bath with integral shower and WC.
A plentiful supply of linens are provided in all bathrooms.
Games Room
A Table Tennis and Foosball table are provided in our open plan living area for your enjoyment!
Pool
We boast a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (electric heating optional - additional fees apply).
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with 8 chairs, 4 adjustable chairs, 2 small tables, and a Weber 3 burning gas BBQ grill (optional - additional fees apply).
This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.
Our Guests have access to Solterras Resort Club which they charge $40 for the duration of your stay, this fee is payable at the Club locally

The community facilities are situated around 5 minutes walk from the home.

A Garage is situated at the front of the home.
The Driveway has space for four vehicles, only standard cars, SUV, or small van (8 seats maximum).
Solterra Resort does not allow large buses or RV on to the community,

Want to bring your furry friend... no problem!
We are happy to accomodate two dogs up to 20lb in weight, though your pet isn't allowed in our pool! The per fee is $15 per night which will cover the additional cost of cleaning. Please enquire at the time of booking

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.
Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney
Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.
For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.
Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

We have a selection of luxury Solterra Resort Orlando villa rentals available direct by owners. The Solterra Resort lot sizes are bigger than normal with larger than normal pool deck areas, allowing everyone to bath in the sun!

We have personally visited most of the rental homes advertised with us on the Solterra Resort community. And highly recommend it for its great clubhouse facilities and large spacious rental villas as well as close proximity to the Orlando theme parks.

Most of our Solterra Resort Orlando rentals have reviews left by previous guests. As you scroll through the search results page you will see the number of reviews listed next ot the thumbnail. It will tell you the number of reviews the vacation home has and the average star rating.

Just because one of the Solterra Resort rentals doesn't have any reviews does not mean there has been no guests, this just means the guests didn't leave a review.
Most owners will ask guests to leave a review once they have returned home from there stay. Unfortunately alot don't bother, for no particular reason they just never get round to it or had a great time but don't know what to write.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida
Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.
For more choice head to the HWY192 where there are over 50 restaurants within a few miles of each other. We have put together a list of Kissimmee restaurants along HWY192 with links to menus and also there tripadvisor and google pages so you see reviews.
Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando
More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
Solterra Resort Nearby Shops
The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

These are actual distances to the car parks rather than to the edge of the Disney property which is how most people quote times. We want to give you a realistic time, Disney has a 30 square mile site so once you reach the edge of the property you can still have a 10 minute drive to get to the car parks. We have also included Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando
There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.

Rental rates additional information
To secure your booking, an inital deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Payment is preferred via debit / credit card (Quickbooks fees apply) or via Bank Transfer.
Cleaning is $300 per stay unless part of one of our special offers
Pool Heating is $35 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 for your stay which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.
Up to two pets can be brought to our home, this will be at a cost of $100 per pet, per stay to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
An additional 12% is added and collected to all bookings to cover Polk County Tourist Development Tax & Sales and Use Tax (unless otherwise stated).
