Welcome to our 5 star executive, luxuriously furnished single storey family villa, for discerning guests.

This is not a standard rental home!

It is in a prime, enviable location within the hugely popular Tuscan Hills resort, a small, impressive, Mediterranean style gated community in a peaceful setting; within ten miles of the Animal Kingdom and the attractions and eateries on Highway 192.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes

A $500 damage deposit is required at the time of paying your balance, assuming no damage, this will be returned to you within 10 days of departure.

* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Living

Our Open Plan living area features a stunning sofa and large TV, the patio doors open on to our pool area.

The ideal setting to take a load off after a day at the parks!

Kitchen

We offer stainless steel high end appliances in our Kitchen and all the ironware and utensils that you are going to need!

Our large double doored fridge freezer features a water chiiler and ice on demand to keep the drinks flowing and cool!

Dining

Our new dining table offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people, the ideal location for your family dinner!

We also feature a smaller table for four along with breakfast bar stools so that everyone is accomodated.

Bedrooms

5 bedrooms, sleeps 12.

We have further adapted our home this Winter and can now accomodate up to 12 guests with Ease.

King Master Ensuite

Situated at the rear of the home, complete with King Bed, closet and drawer space, huge streaming TV, seperate bathroom with his and hers vanities, seperate toilet, shower and corner bath.

Queen Ensuite

Also at the rear of the home, features a comfy queen bed, closet and drawer space, straiming TV and ensuite bathroom with bath.shower combo.

Second Queen Ensuite

Situated at the Front of the home, features a queen bed, streaming TV, drawer and closet space and an ensuite bathroom with bath / shower combo.

Bedrooms 4 and 5

Both bedrooms have been redisigned this Winter and now feature 1 full and 1 twin bed so can sleep 3 in each bedroom, there is plenty of drawer and closet space in each and wall mounted streaming TVs for your enjoyment.

Ample Bed Linens are provided throughout our home.

Bathrooms

4 bathrooms, 3 en-suites.

The Master Ensuite features a sperate bath, stand in shower, toilet and double vanities.

Queen Master Ensuites feature a bath / shower combination, vanity unit and toilet.

The shared bathroom between bedrooms 4 and 5, features a bath / shower combination and vanity.

We offer free starter soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, as well as towels and hairdryers in every bathroom.

Games Room

A large fan cooled Games Room featuring a 7ft pool table, 7ft air hockey table, electronic basketball, foosball table and soft tip darts.

Pool

Our villa has a generous 26ft by 13ft pool and 7ft Jacuzzi / Spa, both featuring a color splash light show for you to enjoy whilst dining al fresco on our Lanai.

Our large dining table sits 6 in comfort.

The pool itself is seperated from our home by a large safety fence which has two gates.

For additional privacy, we have placed Florida Glass screening around the middle section of our pool cage, along with the mature hedges.

We have a number of loungers available for your use.

Both the Pool and Spa feature permanent, composite hand rails to help aid you in and out of the pool.

Outside

Our home sits within lush grass and hedges to the rear, in the middle of the stunning Tuscan Hills Community.

Garage

We have parking spaces for two vehicles, 2 standard SUVs will fit these spaces.

To keep with the standard of the community, no commercial vehicles are allowed to park overnight.

Internet

Free high speed internet provided by xfiniti is vailable throughout the home.

Baby Equipment

A pack and play and highchair can be made available on demand.

Location

Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.

The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.

Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.

Our Tuscan Hills villas and vacation rentals range from 3 bed townhouses to 5 bed villas. Please contact the Tuscan Hills villa owners direct to check availability and prices.

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.

There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information

To secure your booking, an inital deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.

Payment is preferred via Bank transfer though we can arrange credit card payments with a 5% surcharge.

All taxes and cleaning is included as part of our rates.

Pool Heating is $35 per night

BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 per stay or $20 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.
