Luxurious new Disney Golf Vacation Home with private pool has 5 bedrooms / 5.5 bathrooms. We are 20 min from Disney and close to all that Orlando has to offer. The villa has 2,498 sq.ft of living space and features 5 large bedrooms, including 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Open-plan lounge with large flat screen TV. Free high speed internet and cable TV. Dine at the 8-seater dinning table or in the fresh air on the pool deck. Fully equipped spacious kitchen. South facing large private heated swimming pool & deck which backs on to a natural conservation area. Games room with air hockey and foosball.
Our stunning vacation home is just a short stroll away from the magnificent Golf Clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant & lounge.
Facilities
Our stunning vacation home includes 5 luxurious large bedrooms, comprising 3 master bedrooms with ensuite and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The master bedroom downstairs has a walk-in closet and includes a 23' Samsung LCD TV and patio doors to the pool area. Its ensuite has his & hers sinks, corner bath and double shower. Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms, both with ensuite, and one with a 23' Samsung LCD TV. Also 2 twin bedrooms, One with 2 sets bunk beds and other with 2 single beds. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and large chest of drawers.
Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.
Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempted from this fee and they must be accompanied by an adult.
This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
Each short-term renters will have option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).

Location
Victoria Woods at Providence in Orlando, Florida offers luxury villas and vacation rentals. Located just off South Orange Blossom Trail on HWY1792 in Davenport. Victoria Woods is just one of the many sub division on the Providence community.
Victoria Woods at Providence is around 30 minutes from Disney World. Less than 1 hours from Orlando International Airport and about 90 minutes from Tampa airport.
The Providence resort has a championship golf course open to the public. The clubhouse has a pro shop, full service restaurant and bar. The Providence clubhouse restaurant can seat up to 200 people so is ideal for weddings and other large functions.
Guests staying on Victoria Woods have access to both clubhouse pools. One is a resort style pool with slides and plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The second pool is a lap pool for exercising.
Their is a kids play area with slides, swings and climbing frames.
There are also flood lit tennis courts and a family friendly fitness center with state of the art equipment.
There are miles of wide sidewalks for safe bike riding, jogging or just a nice morning walk to enjoy the sunshine. A 24-hour manned gatehouse at the entrance to the community.
Villas on Victoria Woods Providence in Orlando, Florida
Until recently the only problem with staying in this area was the lack of a supermarket. As of summer 2019 there is now a brand new Publix supermarket. This is located at the nearby Loughman Crossing which is at the junction of Ronald Reagan Pkwy and HWY17-92.
There is also a brand new Burger King in front of Publix. For Pizza head to Hungry Howie's located inside the Sunoco Gas Station on the corner. Try a calzone, these are amazing!
Providence is one of the leading golfing resorts in the Orlando area with resort amenities that are second too none.
To visit Victoria Woods at Providence, follow these directions:
- Take Interstate 4 to Exit 58 (CR 532)
- Turn east on CR 532 and go to Lake Wilson Rd
- Turn south on Lake Wilson Rd. and go one mile to Ronald Reagan Pkwy
- Turn east on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. and go 2 miles to US 17-92
- Turn south on US 17-92, go 1 mile to the Providence entrance on the left

nice property, stayed for three weeks only four family members stay there so plenty of everything for everybody, plus two extra guests stayed for few days. Plenty of pool furniture but is getting a bit worn out. fridge freezer broke down on our last week management responded quickly and very polite not the best thing to have no fridge freezer in florida but these things do happen. definitely stay again

The property is great for vacations and getaways for groups and large families. The amount of rooms and bathrooms make it easy for all so that you do not feel crowded. The five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms are spacious and comfortable.
The amenities were fantastic for a family with children. There were games provided, cable TV, internet access, and of course a pool. Your kids will not be bored!
The property is approximately 20-25 minutes from amusement parks (when no accidents or outside of rush hour) and within driving distance of stores and restaurants.
You won't regret staying here!

Perfect for US
We loved the quiet and safe location of the house. It was the perfect size for our 2 families, group of 7….lots of comfy beds, clean bathrooms and loved the pool deck. Owners were amazing, communicated well and left great instructions. Overall great experience!
