As you walk to the rear of the property you enter the beautiful open plan ‘Family Room’, you’ll see it is a comfortable and contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck and offers a huge wrap-around sofa for you to relax and watch the large wall mounted TV. This really is the hub of the home, in the same open plan space is a luxury kitchen.

The third living room located at the top of the stairs in the loft area, is a large L-shaped sofa, wall mounted TV, Playstation and awesome Air Hockey Table.

Sharing the same open plan space as the 'Family Room' is a luxury kitchen which has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. The breakfast nook area has a table with 4 chairs, with sliding doors taking you out on to the sun drenched pool deck.

Adjacent to the first living area at the front of the property is the dining area which has a large dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Master Bedroom 1 - The large master bedroom located on the ground floor ,with views overlooking the pool area, has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, and wall-mounted TV.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, large Roman bath, his & hers sinks and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

Master Bedroom 2 - The second master bedroom (The London Bedroom), has a Queen-sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in-wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV. Plus ensuite bathroom which has a shower over bath, single vanity and WC.

Master Bedroom 3 - The third Master Bedroom (Turquoise) has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and a TV. Plus ensuite bathroom which has a shower over bath, single vanity and WC.

Bedroom 4 - This bedroom features a double-sized bed with one matching nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and TV. The shared family bathroom services this room, with shower over bath, single vanity and WC.

Bedroom 5 - The Harry Potter themed bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with shared nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and TV. The shared family bathroom services this room, with shower over bath, single vanity and WC.

In addition to the Air Hockey Table in the loft area, located in the large two car garage is a fantastic converted games room to add to your holiday enjoyment. It is complete with pool table and table football (foosball).

One of the outstanding features of this property is the very secluded and large extended pool deck, it truly is one of the best pool areas around! It benefits from not having any neighbours to one side and the rear and has a great conservation views. It also has a covered lanai for the times when you want to get out of the heat of the mid-day Florida sun. On the deck you will find a large table with chairs for alfresco dining and plenty of sun loungers to relax on in the Florida sunshine.

At the front of the home is off-road parking for two vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted.
