Located off the US27, near Champions Gate and a couple of minutes drive from the I4 junction, it has easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and dining options, with Walt Disney World accessible in 15-20 minutes. This home provides a convenient and tranquil retreat for guests seeking relaxation and adventure in equal measure, the well-maintained properties, lush landscaping, and quiet surroundings make Laurel Estates an ideal choice for those looking to create unforgettable memories during their stay in Orlando. Just down the road from the villa is a communal pool and children’s play area.
Location
Laurel Estates is a mainly residential community located on HWY 27, with easy access to the I4 and Champions Gate via Ronald Reagan Parkway, it’s a great location to explore all that Florida has to offer. Across the road from Laurel Estates is a parade of shops, with a large Walgreens Pharmacy, which has a small grocery section, Domino’s Pizza and a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s restaurant. If you head left out of Laurel Springs, you are less than 2 miles from a brand new Publix supermarket, which will have everything you need to cater for a family meal at the villa.
Disney is under 15 miles away, and Universal studios is 24 miles from the community.
Should you have any golfers in your party, then Highlands Reserve is less than 4 miles from you, or for a more challenging round, try White Heron which is 7 miles south on HWY 27.
If you would like to go out for an evening meal, you are only 4 miles from Champions Gate, that has a large selection of restaurants and fast food options, including Chilli’s Grill & Bar, Millers Ale House, Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, British Fish and Chip Shop, Subway, McDonalds, Red Robin, Wendy’s, Dunkin Donuts.

Beyond Champions Gate, I recommend that you head to HWY 192 and Sunset Walk, take a left out of Laurel Springs and then take a right onto HWY 192.

For an easy shopping fix or an evening at the cinema, head to Posner Park, head right out of Laurel Springs, heading south on the HWY 27 for 4 miles. Posner Park has many discount stores (Ross, Marshalls, Burlington) plus a large Target store and a Dicks Sporting Goods.

Weekly rates include taxes.
In addition to the rental rates there is a £150 cleaning fee.
Dates can be secured with a 20% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £29 per day.
