This villa boasts three living areas, two with TV’s, all of which can be used to relax and unwind after your hectic day at the theme parks. Experience ultimate relaxation in the luxurious and comfy main living room at the rear of the property. Sink into plush sofas, unwind in front of the large wall mounted TV watching your favourite movie, and enjoy the elegant decor that exudes comfort and style, overlooking the south facing pool with doors out to the sun drenched pool area. The second living area at the front of the property shares the space with the dining area and is the perfect spot to have some ‘you time’ with a book. The third living area is located upstairs and has luxurious comfy sofas and a large wall mounted TV, perhaps the perfect spot to watch your favourite show or simply take some time to yourself. All living areas provide the perfect setting for a truly rejuvenating stay in Orlando, Florida.

Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes.

In addition to the rental rates there is a £130 cleaning fee.

Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £200 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £26 per day.

Lovely place

We booked this home at the last minute the booking process with Nick was very smooth and he was in touch making sure all was well throughout our stay. The home was very clean, well equipped with towels and kitchen equipment should you want to cook ,spacious and comfortable. Access was very convenient with keypad . The Westhaven area is well maintained and Supermarkets & restaurants are very close by, as is the main highway for attractions/ coastal days etc. You also have use of the community centre which has a gym, tennis courts, large pool and sitting areas. All in all a very nice comfortable home and excellent customer service from Nick at Sungrove Villas

Large, clean property.

My family stayed in this villa and found it a large clean property with all the amenities you'd need for a great stay. Loads of different relaxing areas with their own smart tv's and a great games room with full sized pool table, air hockey and Xbox. It has a south facing pool which we had heated (Oct) for the colder mornings and evenings. The property is located in a quiet gated community close to the 14 and us27 so getting around was easy but could be busy at rush hour times. Nick was in contact throughout our stay to check all was well which we thought was a good thing and really reassuring that help was always there if needed.
