Second floor Twin Bedroom 2 – This bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, a shared nightstand, and a spacious dresser for ample storage. You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve. Rental rates additional information
Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £160 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £180 per week for both.

Spacious, modern and immaculate!!
Just returned from an unforgettable stay here at Calabay Parc, and I couldn’t be happier. The villa was everything promised and more—spacious, modern, immaculate, and equipped with all the comforts of home. My daughters were absolutely thrilled with the generous pool and the bonus of a PS5.
Booking through Sungrove Villas was an absolute breeze, thanks to Nick—an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He answered all our questions happily and kept us well informed throughout the process.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sungrove Villas again—and I’m already looking forward to my next trip!

Trip of a lifetime
We have just returned from a trip of a lifetime to Florida, we had seen photos of the villa on the website but it was even more stunning in real life! When we arrived we felt extremely lucky to have found such a fabulous villa. It was designed to a very high standard and all the extras made it even more perfect! It also felt like home. There is everything you could possibly need. Towels, pool towels, ponchos, fans for the park, George Foreman, batteries, inflatables for the pool. Nick at Sungrove Villa’s was very responsive to emails (even at weekends). We asked for the pool to be heated and it was on within the hour! Nick Barlow is fantastic and no question I asked was silly and I asked many! I will definitely recommend Sungrove Villas to everyone I know and will be using them again in the future!

Excellent Modern Vacation Home
We had an excellent stay at the villa. The house is very comfortable and well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything you would need including many extras like pool toys and floaties. Nick was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We would recommend this house to family and friends, and will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area.
