Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £165 cleaning fee and an accidental damage waiver of £49 payable on each booking. The damage waiver covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £200 per week.
