A larger community pool and a second hot tub is just across the street and a elaborate, spacious 6,700 sq ft clubhouse which encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, your pool tables, a well-equipped fitness room, and a large inviting gathering room.
Other outdoor activities for your fun in the sun are a picnic area, children’s playground, basketball and volleyball courts. This is Florida living at its best.
Facilities
This property is self-service—meaning except for your initial supplies, the guest will need to provide their own additional toiletries as needed, such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, this property will have an initial supply, of Toilet paper, trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your
use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Living
This spacious vacation home provides you with everything you will need, including a fully functioning, well stocked cooking kitchen, and 3 dining areas for your different meals. The formal dining area will seat 10, your granite kitchen center island will seat 5, and there is a pool side table and seating that will accommodate all.
An outdoor kitchen is available if you choose to grill out. When booking ask hosting agent to provide a tank of propane and you are all set. The outdoor kitchen consists of a built in counter, storage unit, and the grill. Free highspeed WIFI is available. Wall mounted Smart TVs in all ensuite bedrooms, a 60” Smart TV with digital cable & HD channels, are available in the game room and family room.
Living room – At the front of the home, the formal living area is a tranquil place to relax away from the pool and the kitchen area.
Family Room – with its 20’ high ceilings is an open concept to the kitchen with two reclining sofas for seating and a large screen ROKU TV with digital cable and HD channels, and a BluRay player.
Kitchen
Kitchen – is fully equipped for cooking with all your cookware and table settings. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, large pantry, and a new large granite center island bar that seats 6. Non- breakable dishes are provided for patio use.
There is a further outdoor kitchen counter, storage and grill.
Dining
Formal Dining area - has a gorgeous dining table and chairs with plenty of seating for all guests. A bay window and seating area lets in lots of light to the room.
Bedrooms
Master Suite 1 – Main floor and overlooks pool deck and Lanai. This beautiful room has an oversized King bed with memory foam top mattress, has an ensuite bathroom with private toilet, separate shower and a garden size whirlpool bathtub, a long vanity with double sinks. The large walk-in closet contains a safe to store valuables during your stay and plenty of room for
your items for a long stay, and storage. We provided luxury linens and bedding for a comfortable modern bed for a good sleep. A TV, hairdryer, towel and more are all stocked in the linen closet in the bathroom.
UPPER FLOOR
Master Suite 2 – is a beautiful ensuite room with walk in wardrobe a King Size contemporary bed with memory foam mattress, a tub/shower, double vanity sinks, large TV, hairdryer, all your towels and bed linens with spares sheets for your convenience.
Bedroom 3 - is a luxurious ensuite with a queen bed with memory foam mattress, quality bed linens, towels, hair dryer and a large Smart TV.
Bedroom 4 – is a 2 Twin bedroom with memory foam mattresses, Micky Mouse Disney Themed room, with quality linens, towels, with a double door folding closet.
Bedroom 5- has 2 twin beds with a beautiful fun safari themed room and a double folding closet door.
Games Room
Newly added to indoor and equipped game room with 7’ high speed air hockey game, an electronic Pac man with 60 other games that you can play. A Play station 3 with games, ping pong table, game table, movie area on large screen and many more games including poker, large connect 4, including a variety of movies. Across the
street at the community center, are pool tables as well as other things. A great exercise room is also at the center.
Pool
This homes beautiful pool area is southeast facing, so to enjoy great sunshine around the heated pool with and spa. (Pool heat is available at a cost of $35 per night and is recommended November - March).
A large, covered lanai for shade to enjoy your morning coffee or evening dining.
We have provided comfortable pool furniture; including outdoor sofa and chairs, multiple loungers for sun bathing or a little nap in the shade by the pool.
A safety fence is in place around the pool. The pool and deck areas are completely screened for your comfort.
Outside
The great thing about staying in our Watersong Villa is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness centre, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub.
Garage
There is room for two standard vehicles on our driveway (No large trucks, SUV or RV) There is no on street parking.
Internet
Free high speed wifi is available through Spectrum and is provided for free throughout the home!

Location
Watersong Resort villas in Florida to rent direct from the owners. Located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
Somehting that I was only recently made aware of is that pretty much all of the Watersong Villas back on to conservation area. This is very unusual and means you are not overlooked by other homes. So if you are looking for a private pool area then the Watersong Resort is the place to stay.

Watersong Resort is gated community set back from the HWY so very quiet yet still only minutes from shops and restaurants.
The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villas is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness center, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub. Update April 2023: There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.
If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
