Rental rates additional information

Weekly rates include taxes. In addition to the rental rates there is a £280 cleaning fee. Dates can be secured with a 15% deposit with the final balance not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit card pre-authorisation of £400 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on day 7 after departure if no damages, excess cleaning charges or missing items are reported. Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is charged at £35 per day.
