Living
Our Open plan living area is really spacious and features a sofa set, streaming TV, plenty of natural daylight and access out on to the pool.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is packed full of everything that you will need, from a large fridge freezer, range and microwave, down to the essentials like ironware and a dishwasher, we have you catered for!
We feature a large washer, dryer set too, all free of use during your stay.
All cuttlery is also provided.
Dining
We feature a round, glass dining table with seating for 5 as well as stools in our open plan kitchen area.
Bedrooms
Our Stunning Home features three bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower, each room featuring storage and a streaming TV. All linnens are supplied.
Downstairs Master Ensuite
King Bed with direct access to the pool deck, large ensuite and TV, Hairdryers supplied.

Twin Rooms (2)
4 x Single Beds spread over two twin bedrooms, featuring plenty of storage and large TVs.
Bathrooms
The first ensuite is situated on the King Master on the ground level and features a seperate bath and shower.
The second downstairs Bathroom features a walk in shower.
Bathroom Three is the ensuite for the Queen Bedroom and features a vanity and new, luxury walk in shower.
Bathroom Four features a vanity and new, luxury walk in shower area.
We also feature a half bathroom in the pool area and an outdoor shower.
Games Room
Our garage has been converted in to a Games Room which features a Pool Table, Hockey and Table Foosball.
We have a TV in here too!
Pool
The absolute star of the show!! Our Stunning Pool was recently resurffaced, the pool faces South East so sees the sun all day, if you want the dream Florida pool area, look no further!
We have everything here and additionally feature an outdoor shower and bathroom.
We have seating for 8, accross two sets of outdoor furniture and four loungers for you to kick back and enjoy the Sun!
To help you in and out, we have installed a grab handle too so you can navigate in and our of the pool with ease.
We supply the pool towels, and the plastic glassware, all that's missing now is you!
We recommend pool heat in the cooler months, this is provided by our gas heater and is charged at $40 per day to cover the cost. We can supply Grills too from a local vendor, these are charged at $20 per day (5 night minimum rent).
Outside
There is parking for two vehicles on our drive, we have a grassed area to the front, side and rear.
Our home is seperated from homes to the rear by a large fence and with our extended deck, you are able to take advantage of the sun from Sunrise to Dusk.
The community features a clubhouse with fitness room, playground, volleyball and tennis courts.
Tuscan Hills is a gated community and prior to your stay, you will be issues with individual access codes.
Internet
Free High Speed Wifi is available for you, so enjoy your favourite streaming channels or fkicj through tiktok, it's on us!

Location
Tuscan Hills Florida villas to rent in Davenport, Florida just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando. Tuscan Hills is a small gated community in a great location from which to explore all the Orlando theme parks.
The Tuscan Hills clubhouse is open to all onsite guests. It offers an air-conditioned gym, tennis courts, kids play area and a beach volley ball court. As well as a games room with pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Next to the game room is a lounge area where you can sit and relax while the kids play. The Tuscan Hills resort clubhouse also has a small kitchen area which you can use to prepare snacks and drinks.
Tuscan Hills Orlando Villas in Davenport, Florida

The Tuscan Hills community is located on HWY27 in Davenport just minutes from Berry Town Center. This shopping plaza has a number of restaurants including Mia Pizza (collection only no delivery). Sundays which is a British fish & chip restaurant, iHop (International House of Pancakes) and Applebees which serves burgers, steaks, seafood. So there should be something for eveyone.
There is also a chinese takeaway called Bamboo Wok and the Publix supermarket. I personally recommend the subs at Publix, they also do chicken tenders, wings etc to take out. Berry Town Centre is the nearest shopping plaza to Tuscan Hills. There is also a CVS pharmacy, petrol station, nail salon, hair salon and a bank.

Rental rates additional information
To secure your booking, an inital deposit of $250 is taken at the time of booking along with a $500 damage deposit.
Assuming there is no damage to our home, the damage deposit would be returned within 10 days of your departure.
Payment is preferred via Bank transfer though we can arrange credit card payments with a 5% surcharge.
All taxes and cleaning is included as part of our rates.
Pool Heating is $40 per night
BBQ Rental can be arranged for $100 per stay or $20 per night for shorter stays (minimum 5 nights) which includes a full bottle of gas and cleaning.
All taxes are included as part of your quote.
