Within our open plan living area you will find our communal space.

Featuring a large streaming TV and access to the kitchen and dining areas, you can access the lanai and pool from here too!

The space is tastefully decorated and we boast a large seating area that you'll be able to sink in to after a day at the parks!

Our stunning tiled floors run throughout the living area.

Our kitchen features everything that you are going to need to either warm up a pizza or take on a Thanksgiving Dinner for 10!!

All Ironware, Cuttlery and Crockery use is included in your stay and we boast a range, microwave, dishwasher and disposal, toaster, kettle, coffee maker..... you'll want for nothing!

Our laundry features a start of the art Samsung Washer and Dryer.

We feature a lovely new table with seating for 6 of you along with breakfast bar seating for two

Bedroom 1: Ground Floor King Ensuite - Features King Bed, ample storage space, ensuite toilet with shower and seperate bath, large streaming TV

Bedroom 2: Upstairs Queen Ensuite - Features Queen Bed, ample storage space, large streaming TV, ensuite toilet with standalone shower

Bedroom 3: Upstairs Second Queen: Features Queen Bed, ample storage and large streaming TV set within a Coco Theme

Bedroom 4: Upstairs - Twin beds, ample storage and large streaming TV, this rooms is themed on Harry Potter and features a lighting effect where you will need to use the wand!!

Bedroom 5: Upstairs - Bunk and Single bed (sleeps 3), ample storage, this room is themed towards Disney.

Bathroom 1: Half Bathroom towards the entrance of the property featuring a vanity and WC

Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Ground Floor King, features stand alone shower, bath, vanity and toilet

Bathroom 3: Ensuite to Upstairs Queen, features stand alone shower, vanity and toilet

Bathroom 4: Shared bathroom upstairs, features shower / bath combo, vanity and toilet

All bathrooms feature towels and an hair dryer.

Our secure and screened East facing pool area is equipped with an adjoining spa (heating optional), there is a  table with whicker style seating under the lanai and a couple of adjustable chairs on the pool deck.

This home features both a pool alarm which will be set on normal scenarios, we can also place a large safety fence that will seperate the home from the pool.

If you want the additional safety fence to be in place upon arrival, please let us know at the time of booking.

Please note - if you opt for pool heating it is set to 86 degrees main pool, the on demand spa is set to 104 degrees, this is worked through a timer on the pool wall

The home is situated on a corner plot on Brunello Drive, Tuscan Hills.

Car parking is available for two vehicles directly to the front and side of our home.

Note nothing bigger than a medium size SUV please! There is no on street parking here in the community, so it is strictly two vehicles only!

We feature high speed free internet provided by Verizon.

This powers all of our TVs.

We have routers upstairs and down to make sure that you stay well connected.

A pack and play, highchair and stair gate can be made available, please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
