The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and refreshments during your stay. Amenities include: A stainless-steel range and oven, microwave, Dishwasher, Oversized fridge and freezer and ample crockery, cookware and utensils.
Whether you are making breakfast before heading out or preparing dinner after a long park day, the kitchen offers plenty of space and convenience.

The dining area features a table with seating for four and is conveniently positioned beside the kitchen and living space.

King Suite - The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, drawer storage, a large closet, and a wall-mounted TV. It has convenient access to the main bathroom, which can be used as a private en-suite when desired.

Queen Suite - Located toward the front of the home, this comfortable bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet and drawer storage, and a wall-mounted streaming TV.

Bedroom Three - Situated at the side of the home, the third bedroom features a double-and-twin bunk-bed configuration. It also offers plenty of storage and a large wall-mounted TV.

Bathroom One - Located beside the King Suite and living area, this bathroom features a walk-in shower, mirrored vanity, WC, and direct access to the pool area.

Bathroom Two -Positioned between the Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom, this bathroom includes a shower over the bathtub, a mirrored vanity, and a WC.

Towels and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.

Parking is a premium, so we have created additional parking at the house

Our private pool is located at the rear of the home and can be accessed from both the main living area and Bathroom One.
The east-facing pool area features loungers, chairs, a table, and outdoor lighting. With a maximum depth of 5 feet, it is a lovely place to cool off, relax with a drink, or enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Pool heating is available for an additional charge.

Community and Local Amenities

Guests receive complimentary access to the community clubhouse and communal pool, located within approximately a 10-minute walk of the home.

The Best of British Pub (Outside the gates, therefore also a 10minute walk) and several other restaurants, bars, food outlets and supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby.

The driveway can comfortably accommodate two vehicles. Large buses, trucks, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.

A small or medium-sized car or SUV is welcome to use our garage as and when requested.
