Overview

Welcome to our fully remodelled town home in regal palms resort. It has a large queen en-suite bedroom on lower floor, with further king en-suite, 1 queen and 2 twin beds on first floor along with shared bathroom. Very modern with all new linens, towels and smart TV's in each room.

Our town home is approx 5-7 min walk to Clubhouse where all of the resort amenities are conveniently located. This is a premium town home and recently remodelled, all freshly painted, including kitchen cabinet remodel, all new linens, New mattresses in 2 bedrooms, all new smart TV's, all new light fittings. If you want to unwind and get a little privacy, you can do so in any room since all 4 bedrooms have their own smart TV'S. This unit also has free Wi-Fi. This unit includes a highchair and pack n play for babies. The resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water-slide, lazy river, children’s pool, Adult pool, hot tub and much more.

There is a resort fee payable to the resort for guests staying at this resort. The fee is payable directly to the Resort at the reception desk on arrival. The current resort fee is $20 (including tax) per property per day.

The Regal Palms Resort has a large clubhouse which has it's own pool with water slides, gym and snack bar. If you like golf then it's just across the road from Highlands Reserve which has an 18 hole golf course, driving range and large putting green, all of which is open to the public. The Regal Palms Resort is located on HWY27 only 3 miles from HWY192 and around 10 minutes to Disney's main gate with Seaworld around 20 minutes and Universal Studios around 25 minutes.

Great!

Wonderful home! Everything was clean and well kept. The floors upstairs were a but creaky in places, so if you have members of your party who are light sleepers it may cause issues. I appreciated the TVs with streaming in every room. I love staying in Regal Palms and would stay here again.
