This luxury home is located in the Solterra Resort in Davenport, only 20min drive from Disney, 2min away from local shopping conveniences and 1min walk to the Clubhouse providing our Guests with FREE access to all amenities: Full Cardio Gym, Two Tennis Courts, Infinity Pool with slide and Life-Guard on Duty, Children's Soccer Park and..... Lazy River and On site Restaurant "Cafe Sol".
It has 6 bedrooms, an added Gamesroom, 3.5 bathrooms and unique features like an extra large pool deck and the comfort of a master bedroom with its own sliding door opening onto the Pool ;)
Solterra Clubhouse: Solterra resort has a wealth of onsite facilities and a fantastic pool area. The clubhouse is a short walk away and features a large fitness center with top of the line TechnoGym equipment including cardio, weight machines and wall mounted flatscreen TVs, high end communal coffee/conversation room with bar seating, comfortable sofas, welcoming decor and large French doors that open out to the pool area.

Solterra Clubhouse:
Solterra resort has a wealth of onsite facilities and a fantastic pool area. The clubhouse is a short walk away and features a large fitness center with top of the line TechnoGym equipment including cardio, weight machines and wall mounted flatscreen TVs, high end communal coffee/conversation room with bar seating, comfortable sofas, welcoming decor and large French doors that open out to the pool area.
The beach-entry pool is perfect for families with little ones and is large enough that more boisterous play can be accommodated at the other end. There is a water slide with rock waterfall fascia, hot jacuzzi, poolside showers and plenty of sun loungers and shaded cabanas. A further outdoor lanai seating area offers plenty of comfortable low tables and chairs, high top bar style tables with stools and chaise/loveseats surrounding an outdoor fireplace. There are also two large, wall mounted flatscreen TVs, as well as a granite worktop and sink area.
Living
The Family Living Room:
Large and bright from sunrise to sunset with unobstructed views of a tranquil conservation and lake. You can unwind in style on a large corner sectional leather sofa with powered recliner seats and cup holders, perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a fast-paced day at the parks. There is a wall mounted 47” flat screen TV, BlueRay DVD player and cable with 99 channels.
Kitchen
The Designer Kitchen:
All you can think of at your fingertips! Dark cherry wood cabinets, granite counter tops and brushed stainless appliances, a spacious island with double sinks and bar seating for two people, large fridge/freezer with filtered water/ice dispenser, pantry and a separate high top triangular breakfast table seating six will enable a large family or two family groups to cater in style. There are plenty of storage cupboards and a dedicated Food Pantry.
Around the corner is a nifty and separate Laundry Room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom 1:
The ground floor of this property offers the first Master Suite featuring a king-size storage bed with spacious drawers, dressed in crisp white cotton bedding, extra-large walk in closet, wall mounted 47” flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, twin basins and WC.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with soft blue hues, double closet and wall mounted 24” flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 is a decadent double room featuring a silver-top panel queen bed with seaside ambience. It's a room with a view over the pool deck and lake, with a double closet and wall mounted 32” flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 4 is a double room with white queen size sleigh bed with extra storage, dressed in a 'ruffle garden' quilt. This cheerful bedroom with double closet and 32” flatscreen TV, offers you a stirring view over the pool, conservation and sunset.
Bedroom 5 is a twin bedded room with stylish white book-case beds decked in bright coral coloured quilts. Ample storage for your convenience with dresser and double closet. This room also features a wall mounted 24” flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 6 is the second Master Bedroom in this home. Prepare to be awoken by tranquil sunrises and bird-song in this 'royal' double bedroom on a sumptuous ornate queen bed with matching dresser and mirror, wall mounted 32” flatscreen TV and double closet.

Unwind after an exhausting adventure day in your private games room! Anyone care (big or little) for a competitive round of Air Hockey on a professional sized table?
Leisure Area:
All the bedrooms on the upper level open onto the Leisure Area. Enjoy more family fun after your theme park adventures with digital Karaoke, XBOX 360. Or wind down with a must-see movie on BlueRay DVD or cable, on a wall mounted 47” flatscreen TV. Suitable for all ages, let the children choose from a selection of music themed toy props as they get 'on-stage' in a round of Karaoke or immerse themselves in creating a Thomas & Friends adventure on a wooden train table.

The living room opens graciously onto the extra-sized pool-deck, shimmering pool and jetted spa, offering you eye-level views of the sculpted garden and bullrush-lined lake with its resident ducks, birds and squirrels.
The spacious patio deck and pool are fully screened with a lanai, in order to provide protection from bugs. As an added feature, the jacuzzi boasts an overhead pergola with retractable shade-cloth cover for sun when you want it, shade when you don’t.
Uber comfy chocolate and silver fabric create a lush flow from the interior of the home to the outdoors. With two reclining sun loungers, two reclining sun chairs with footstools and two children’s chairs, just lie back and enjoy the glorious Florida sunshine as you gaze over the water and conservation beyond. Ample deck space for yoga and other poolside fun.

Solterra Resort Orlando located in Davenport, Florida just off HWY54. This resort style community is only 15 minutes from Disney World. The Solterra Resort has a communal clubhouse open to all guests. It features a large pool area with water slide, lazy river, hot tub and plenty of sun loungers for all. There is also a large covered lounge area with outdoor TV’s and tables so you can get a break from the hot Florida sun, whilst enjoying a snack from the onsite cafe. Building work is ongoing as the community grows, and new homes are being added to the site as they are completed.
Solterra Resort Rentals minutes from Disney
Inside the Solterra Resort air conditioned clubhouse there is a gym with state of the art workout equipment. There is also a lounge with comfy sofas, dining tables, HDTV, breakfast bar and small kitchen area. An ideal area to sit, read a book and relax while the kids play in the pool.
For kids there is a play area which has slides, climbing frames and is sand based so easy on the feet. If you feel like a game of Tennis there are courts available but you will need your own balls and racket.
Solterra Resort is close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets at Champions Gate or Reunion Resort. As well as minutes from the Orlando attractions via the I4. If you are flying in to Orlando then the Solterra Resort is only 30 minute from Orlando International Airport. With Sandford Airport about an hour and Tampa about 1 hr 15 mins.

Restaurants near Solterra Resort, Florida
Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. We have put together a list of Champions Gate restaurants with links to the menus so you can see what's on offer. Our personal favourite is Millers Ale House or Chili's.

Direction to Solterra Resort Orlando
More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.
East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.
West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.
Solterra Resort Nearby Shops
The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

These are actual distances to the car parks rather than to the edge of the Disney property which is how most people quote times. We want to give you a realistic time, Disney has a 30 square mile site so once you reach the edge of the property you can still have a 10 minute drive to get to the car parks. We have also included Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Golf Courses near Solterra Resort Orlando
There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.
